• $10 late fee incurred after fourteen (14) days late
• 2 weeks termination notice must be given
• All sheds must be inspected before refunds are sent
• Refunds sent by cheque in next post
• Access hours are 7am – 7pm seven days per week
• Office hours are 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday
